CO2 Emissions
Company’s sensitivity towards environment and future of humanity is demonstrated by practices and systems installed for reduction of CO2 emissions.
The heat carried by flue gases is utilized for preheating the combustion air for Rotary Pyrometallurgical smelting furnace, there by reducing the CO2 emission by 4-5 %.
The Waste heat of flue gases is further utilized for preheating the raw material thus leading to further reduction in CO2 emission by 7-8 %.
Company has installed bullet / balls casting machine so that end users of the product can directly feed the bullets / balls in to their ball mill, there by reducing the CO2 emission by 50 Kg/T of product.
