Anti corruption policy

The Company is opposed to all forms of corruption as unethical behavior erodes free and fair competition, harms society, and impedes economic development. The Company will cooperate with the civic sector, government regulatory agencies, and international organizations in order to foster standards for cleaner business practices

Anti money laundering policy
We are committed to carrying on business in accordance with the highest ethical standards. This includes complying with all applicable laws and regulations aimed at combating money laundering and terrorist financing. Any employee who violates the rules in this Policy or who permits anyone to violate those rules may be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, and may be subject to personal civil or criminal fines. To this end, we shall only conduct business with customers who are involved in legitimate business activity and whose funds are derived from legitimate sources

Labor rights policy
The Company is committed to respect Employees right related to Hours of Work, Interval Hours, Weekly Holidays, Traditional Holidays, Annual Leave, Maternity Leave, Medical Sterilization, Military Leave, Training Leave, Wages, Over Time wages, Emergency work and Holiday Over time Wages, Compensation upon Termination, Fair Employment and Use of Women Workers, No Child Labor as per Labor Law Mandated by Royal Thai Government. The Employees are free to form collective bargaining group.
